Judith Perry-Puerto Vallarta Real Estate Agent
Born in New York, Judith moved at an early age to the California seaside town of Pacific Palisades. She attended the Walt Disney founded Chouinard Art Institute in L.A. In the early 1970’s she sailed extensively on a friend’s 60’ schooner, and after arriving in Puerto Vallarta they decided to make it home for several years. Circumstances led to a move back to the US, where she worked as assistant to a famous celebrity and motion picture still photographer, and as an Advertising Photographers’ agent before relocating to the northern part of the state in the 1980’s. After helping family members open a gourmet wine and cheese store, she worked teaching Contractor’s License Law in Marin County and San Francisco before becoming an assistant to a Formula Ford race car designer/driver coach at Sears Point International Raceway in Sonoma.
A Broker friend at Coldwell Banker in Sonoma County needed help in his office, which began her serious interest in real estate. After a few years wanderlust struck and she moved to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2002, where she obtained her real estate license and became manager of the oldest brokerage in west Hawaii. When the recession hit in 2008-2009 she moved to Palm Springs, California and worked for 7 years with a number of top producing agents at several brokerages before moving to a smaller boutique agency and selling on her own. Visiting Vallarta and hearing it calling to her more often, she made the decision to start life over when asking herself “how long are you going to be alive, and how long will you be dead?” Happy to now be with the highly respected Ron Morgan Properties, Judith’s motto is “if you can’t fight and you can’t flee, FLOW.”
