He has called Puerto Vallarta home since 2014 and has been with Ron Morgan Properties since 2022. Before entering real estate, he spent 25 years working in data analysis and database design, while also pursuing a longtime passion for real estate through buying, renovating, and selling homes. During that time, he also held a U.S. real estate license for 13 years.
He still enjoys the analytical side of real estate — learning the market, understanding how things work, and paying close attention to the details. His approach with clients is simple: communicate, follow up, and make sure there are no unnecessary surprises.
He and Joselo work together as a team on both listings and sales, bringing different but complementary strengths to the process. They share the same goal of keeping their clients informed, making the process as straightforward as possible, and being there whenever something needs their attention.
