Edward Padalisnki – Broker & Business Partner

As a property owner and after visiting Puerto Vallarta for 15 years, Edward decided to call this great city home over 10 years ago. Working for over 30 years in the hospitality business around the world, he decided to spend the rest of his life here in Puerto Vallarta.

Working in the past for 1 ½ years with Puerto Vallarta Villas, Edward decided to move into the real estate business with Ron Morgan Properties as a limited partner and broker in 2011.

Based out of the Olas Altas office he is developing the real estate, rentals and property management market from Puerto Vallarta to the north end of the Banderas Bay and beyond!

He also is the President and Owner of Puesta del Sol Administrators managing condos, apartments, villas, and houses in the Puerto Vallarta area.  By providing all real estate services for buyers and sellers, he offers Full Services Property Management and Rental services, making it “One Stop Shopping” for his services.

Fluent in German, Edward hopes to entice European buyers into this market and assist with all their needs.
