While the Puerto Vallarta beaches are spectacular, it is hard to imagine a place much more beautiful that the Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens, nestled into the hillside of the Sierra Madre. Located Cabo Corrientes, about 35 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, the Botanical Garden has been delighting visitors since 2005.

Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens is a wonderful place to spend the day, wandering through the various trails or even taking a dip in the river. There is also an excellent licensed restaurant that serves a nice variety of Mexican dishes.
