Morgan Granader was born and raised in Sweden, where he completed his restaurant education and built a career in hospitality. For more than 40 years, he has been involved with West Highland White Terriers, competing with dogs and horses, and even running his own grooming shop. He is also a licensed dog show judge with the FCI, judging terriers and some toy breeds.
Morgan moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2009, where he opened Swedes Bar and Bistro, which he owned and operated until 2022. He also co-founded the Puerto Vallarta Drag Derby, a Pride event that has become very popular, and co-opened Mr. Flamingo’s, where he remained a co-owner until December 2025.
Now, Morgan is beginning a new chapter with Ron Morgan Properties. For him, real estate is about people, not just properties. It is about listening, understanding lifestyles, and helping clients find a place that truly fits their dreams.
Having lived in Puerto Vallarta since 2009, Morgan brings local knowledge, international experience, and a personal touch to helping people find their place here.
